  1. I'm pleased to see you using the screenr software here, Sophie: you've combined prezi, screenr, youtube clips and written ideas well.

This is a well prepared blog post that uses well selected images, clips and examples to support your points.

It starts off with 'shy Sophie' not saying very much in Part 1 until you start to discuss This Is England when you become more detailed and specific with your points. You refer to specific films and specific aspects of these examples (such as when you discuss Panic Room). You identify conventions and features you use, but you don't always go into full explanation of why you want to use these conventions and what connotations/ meanings they create. You do this well when you discuss the Bourne clip.
The second clip is stronger as you are more confident and fluent in discussing specific details and connotations that you are constructing.
I'm pleased to see you using and applying Todorov's narrative theory to discuss your own film.

    You use terms well.

You need to include stills from your own thriller in this post to discuss how you've used/ developed/ challenged conventions. I suggest you take 9 stills and put them together in three rows of three, and then discuss each image and how it shows the conventions you've used.
